Effective Date: September 2026
Between: JAS Travel Group (Pvt.) Ltd. ("the Company/Visa Issuer") and the Individual Umrah Pilgrim / Applicant ("the Customer").
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the processing, facilitation, and compliance requirements of Umrah visas and related travel arrangements. By ticking the acceptance box on the electronic checkout page, the Customer explicitly binds themselves and any accompanying passengers to all terms, liabilities, and recovery actions detailed herein.
1. CURRENT SAUDI UMRAH VISA POLICIES & STAY LIMITATIONS
The following terms reflect the Saudi Umrah visa requirements applicable as of September 2026. Saudi Government regulations, systems, and fees are subject to change without prior notice.
· One-Year Multiple-Entry Visa: Subject to official rules, this visa permits a maximum cumulative stay of up to 90 days during its 365-day validity period. Confirmed, non-falsified travel itineraries must be provided prior to visa processing.
· Stay Variations: Any modification to travel dates or extension of stay post-issuance must be communicated immediately and will incur an additional system charge of approximately SAR 10 per person, per night.
· Re-Entry Protocol: Re-entry using an active Multiple-Entry Visa must be coordinated with the Company beforehand. The Customer must provide a confirmed return ticket and pay a re-entry processing fee of SAR 250 per passenger, plus the applicable stay-duration charge of SAR 10 per person, per night, for Masar system updates.
· Umrah Permits: Passengers must independently secure their specific day-of-travel Umrah permits via the official Nusuk application in accordance with Saudi laws.
2. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY & SELECTION ACKNOWLEDGMENT
· The Customer acknowledges that the Company, as the licensed Umrah visa issuer, reserves the absolute right to set selective criteria and filters for approving passengers to mitigate financial and regulatory risks.
· The Customer certifies that they meet all designated screening criteria provided during the registration flow, and that all credentials, identification documents, and financial declarations submitted are genuine and verifiable.
3. MANDATORY CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPLIANCE
· Information Integrity: The Customer assumes absolute responsibility for providing genuine passenger details, biometric records, and valid documentation.
· Approved Accommodation (Ghayr Tasneef): Arranging or utilizing unapproved or non-classified housing buildings in Saudi Arabia is strictly prohibited. If any fine or penalty is levied by Saudi authorities due to unapproved accommodation used by the Customer, the Customer shall settle the full amount within three (3) working days of notification.
· Visa Restrictions: The transfer, sale, or utilization of Umrah visas for illegal immigration, unauthorized employment, labor, or begging is strictly prohibited. The Customer accepts full liability for any downstream consequences or government penalties resulting from breaches by themselves or their accompanying passengers.
4. OVERSTAY FINES & CO-ORDINATED DIRECT RECOVERY
· Overstay Liability: If a passenger remains in Saudi Arabia beyond their permitted duration, the Customer is directly, personally, and contractually liable for all fines, deportation costs, and administrative fees imposed by the competent Saudi authorities.
· Reference Fine Amount: The official reference overstay fine stands at SAR 25,000 per person, subject to the actual amount officially imposed by the Saudi authorities at the time of the violation.
· Direct Recovery Right: The Customer explicitly acknowledges that any overstay fine or systemic visa block penalty issued by the Saudi authorities creates a direct financial loss for the principal operator, JAS Travel Group (Pvt.) Ltd. [1] The Customer hereby grants JAS Travel Group (Pvt.) Ltd. the unconditional legal right to pursue direct asset and financial recovery actions against the Customer's verified CNIC and bank accounts to liquidate the exact value of the fine.
5. SYSTEM LIMITATIONS & FACILITATION DISCLAIMER
· Processing generally takes 24–48 hours but is not guaranteed. If documents are submitted close to flight departures, the Customer accepts full financial risk for airline ticket cancellations, no-shows, rebooking fees, or hotel losses due to system downtime or regulatory delays.
· The Company acts strictly as a visa facilitation and processing agent. Nothing in this agreement shifts liability for passenger non-compliance, visa violations, or overstays away from the Customer.
